He just needed a way to sell it while he slept.

The Challenge

A Valuable System, Stuck Behind a Manual Process

Jay developed a proprietary team assessment that his clients found incredibly valuable. But every delivery was manual, administered by hand, tracked separately, invoiced one by one. He'd already tried to solve it through Fiverr, and ended up with something that technically worked but had poor UX and no real dashboard. He needed a product that could sell, deliver, and report results, completely on its own.

We partnered with Jay to design and build the Culture Brand Portal, a custom platform that turned his assessment into a fully self-serve product. A business leader can now discover the offering, purchase it, distribute it to their team, and review the results all without a single touchpoint from Jay.

The portal handles everything:

  • Purchase and payment, with a seamless onboarding flow built to minimize drop-off
  • Assessment distribution directly to team members
  • A clean results dashboard where leaders can review their team's data at any time

Jay's only job now is to keep doing what he does best. The portal does the rest.
