Leaders Q - Leadership Coaching Platform
Jay Raines had a PhD-built assessment living entirely in spreadsheets. Jordan turned it into a fully digital platform, complete with instant personalized reports, PDF exports, and a dashboard connected to Jay's coaching and book business. For the first time, Jay had measurable, revenue-generating software for his coaching work.

reShift - Restaurant Management Platform
California labor law requires fast food operators to manage employee breaks with precision. Jordan built reShift to handle it automatically, a shift management platform now running in Chick-fil-A stores for over five years.

Traen Fitness App - Fitness App
After getting laid off in 2020, Jordan didn't immediately go back to the workforce. He taught himself to code and built two software products from the ground up: Traen, a fitness app, and reShift, a restaurant management platform that's been running in real businesses like Chick-fil-A for over five years.
"I built Traen from the ground up with zero technical background at the time, teaching myself through Google, YouTube, and constant iteration. What started as a fitness app that I built for myself became the foundation for how I build today: solve a real problem, launch fast, and improve through real user feedback."
